We ask for your contact details so we can respond to your fence project inquiry. That is what we use them for. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it out for marketing.
What we collect
When you send our contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number and/or email address, your address or project location, and the project details you share (fence type, yard size, photos, and anything else you tell us). We may also collect basic, anonymous site data — like which pages get visited — so we can keep the site working well.
How we use it
We use your information for one job: responding to your inquiry and giving you a quote. That means reading your form, contacting you about next steps, visiting your yard if you ask us to, and sending your written estimate. We may also follow up about your project if the conversation is still open.
Sharing with partner contractors
To fulfill your quote request, your inquiry may be shared with partner fence contractors who can take on the work. They receive only what is needed to respond to you — your contact details and project information. They are expected to use it only to follow up on your request, not for unrelated marketing.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information to anyone — not data brokers, not marketers, not lead lists. We do not share it beyond what is described above. If the law ever requires us to share information (for example, a court order), we will share only what is required.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe — limited access, secure storage, and the same common-sense care we would want for our own details. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend ours is, but we do not cut corners here.
Your choices
You do not have to send the form or share anything. If you change your mind after contacting us, email us and ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you, and we will.
Children
This site is for adults looking for fence work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with the date it takes effect. The version on this page is the one that applies.
